Hi guys I'm a new member. Wish I'd have joined for reasons other than my C30 sh*itting itself which has led me to join here to try and find some help. Upto now it has been a fantastic car with no issues for the past few years.

​​​​​​Could smell diesel/oil during a 200 mile trip. Had to stop for fuel 10 miles from home and realised slight white smok from under bonnet. Lifted bonnet and engine cover to be greeted with a huge amount of oil everywhere and dripping on the floor.

The exhaust looks as if it's spitting fuel as the whole rear is covered in it. Put a tenner of diesel in and the gauge didn't go up as well. It's currently on the drive with several Tupperware bowls underneath 😭😭😭. As you can see I'm no good with engines so any help would be great. Will be going to our local Volvo tech asap.

 

sounds like you either have an oil leak or a fuel system issue. Did you check the oil level in the engine?
