Fuse 16 blows intermittently. As a check, It blows even when lights are off preventing headlamp washers from working. So it must only be to do with pump. Rear washers are no affected. Do I need to replace pump and how do I access it?

 

Hi, did you fixed it? I have the same problem in my S80 2003, how do you access it (windscreen washer pump)? Is it necessary to remove the bumper or inner fender (I would like to avoid that at all cost)?
