EGR valve issues on 2010 C30 1,6 diesel D2
Hello all...
Im having Check Engine and "Reduced Power" on display (more and more) And engine stalls. Then I wait 20-30 seconds and it starts again, no bad sounds, just normal before it happens again. Unnerving.
Can one clean carbon deposits without removing the EGR valve? Im thinking as a temporary solution to spyay Liquid Moly or EGR/Turbo cleaner into the turbo intake. Alternatively take out and clean the valve myself as my mechanic is on a LOONG holiday..
Advice, anyone?
