Hello friends. Advice needed.

Volvo C30 1.6 petrol 2008. Turn signals stopped working. It's definitely not the bulbs as hazard light works fine. I thought its an indicator switch arm but looks like its fine too. I can switch full beam, read messages etc. Checked all fuses inside the cabin with a voltmeter, seems ok.

What else it could be? Is there any kind of relay or any specific fuse? Can't find anything relevant in the manual book or google.
