Question Volvo C30 - Not accelerating properly

Good evening,

Since today that my Volvo C30 has begun to have this serious symptom:
While I'm driving normally, when I change the gear (example: from 4th to 3rd gear), the car accelerator stops responding even though the engine stays on (stepping on accelerator does not increase speed or RPM) and the car does not shows any light on the panel / fault message at that time, but soon after going with the gearbox to neutral all panel lights come on. The car continues to run and the engine runs but does not respond to the accelerator and therefore loses speed if it is a climb or plain.
At this moment while still driving in the highway I switch off and I turn on the car with the keys and everything is normal, the car again responds to the accelerator.
It happened to me 3 times today for the first time in the life of the car (almost making 200,000 km).

Can anyone see what's going on here? What will be the problem? Any faulty parts?

Thank you all!

I have got news! Today while I was starting my engine I realized that the front glass was all frozen and so I turned on the AC. Immediately, the car panel showed me this message "Electric power system service required". I turned off the car and turned it on again and the message was gone.

With this being said, what do you think that could be causing all this?
