I have a '09 and start to have this external air temperature sensor problem after about a year.

When I first start the car in the morning, it always reads something very low, 30 to 40F lower than actual. Then during the middle of the day if I start the engine again, sometimes it will read normal but other times still wrong.

Anybody here had the same problem before or know how to fix it? I don't even know where this sensor is located.
