Default 2004 C70 Drivers Side Window Intermittent

Hello fellow C70 owners and lovers. My Granddaughter just bought a 2004 C70 that is very nice. When we test drove the car, the drivers side window was up and inoperative. When you pushed the drivers side down or up button the dash lights dim as if a load is being applied to the car yet no movement happens, just nothing. When we next saw the car, another person had put the window down, then on raising it, it stopped 3/4 of the way up. This morning, I started the car to move it to a bay to work on the window I pressed the drivers door down window button and the window smoothly glided down. When I pushed the button to up, the window stopped at 1/4 up. The stop was as if I had let go of the button, Now we are back to no action in either direction. Upon disassembly, everything appears in order yet a voltage test at the window motor connection just before going through the door to the regulator shows 12 volts in the up button direction and a flash of voltage then 0 in the down direction. I jumped battery voltage to one then the other of the Motor side of the connector with no results. I noticed that the Blue and green wires leading to the Motor are not present at the switches. Is there a Control Module for the windows between the switches and the motor? I've searched yet have been unable to locate a good schematic of the 2004 C70 window circuits.
