My 2008 C70 red flashing triangle warning symbol blinks, also a loud beeping sound, the message is " stop safely to avoid damage".

I ran OBD2 diags, the car has no fault code, to be sure I ran VIDA also and the car has no fault code.

Disconnected battery for a day afterward when connected again, same flashing red light / message and again no fault code.

More than the messages the beeping sound is very annoying, the car drives fine and I have no idea how to clear or repair for

this dash flashing red warning symbol and stop the beeping.

Any help is appreciated.

 

opened the convertible hard top and closed, that menacing message was gone, it drove me nuts the weeks I tried to find what's wrong with the car.
