new or used? You can try posting a "wanted" on the Volvo Classifieds board or you can buy a mat from an online dealer store or check in with a salvage yard in your area. You can also search eBay. erievovo.com may be a good place to start to see if they will sell you just the driver's side used. Most new sales will be for a a set.
