Can someone tell me how this comes off? I am afraid to break it without having some idea as to how to approach. I cannot find ANYTHING on how to remove. (trying to add a back up camera)

 

I figured it out. Once then end plugs are removed, along with the torx screw in the lid handle, clips are the only item remaining. Starting at the bottom of the trim, near the trunk latch, pull down and the clip releases. Work you way around to remove the trim.
