About to go out of Factory Warranty/Maintenance
Just ask the dealer to give it a good going over making note of the impending warranty expiration. They don't mind taking care of a small laundry list under warranty. Warranty work is what provides a steady stream of work in their shop and despite sometimes complaining generally do quite well on it.
Technically, we can't just add on a bunch of warranty items the customer wasn't complaining about. There is some room for it, but it depends on the dealer. And no tech wants to do warranty work so unless you have a specific complaint or your brakes are at the minimum (if you have Wear and Tear), I wouldn't expect much.

In most cases, there is a complaint so there is no issue. And if it is a safety concern, like a lose tie rod end, adding it isn't usually an issue. We don't like warranty work, but we are liable if the tie rod end breaks a week after we inspected it.
