C70 2008 ignition switch problem

Yesterday i had to get the car towed!

Second time since i use Volvo!

The plastic key doen't go in the switch at all.

Anyone got the same problem before?

Did the tip of the key happen to break at all? I have not seen anyone have that issue before.
