I have a '04 C70 with an A/C issue. It will run great pumping out plenty of cold air for about 5-10 minutes, then stop cooling. The fan is still blowing, but no cold air. if I shut it off for a couple of minutes, it will work again for the same 5-10 minute period. I've checked the freon charge, it's good. I was thinking maybe the txv was freezing up or something like that. Yesterday, I put the temp control on the coldest setting, and it ran for quite a bit longer. Now I'm thinking there might be some sort of thermostat issue. Any insight on what to check or possible causes/cures? Thanks.
