c70 issues but no service light...help!
hi! im a new owner to a 2002 c70 2.3L (i believe). i have a few issues but no check engine light... since i got the car its been having a nasty fuel cut around 3,000 rpms. just about when my turbo starts to spool. it does this almost every time no matter what speed im doing. (but it WILL spool if im going uphill...?) ive replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the MAF sensor and checked for boost leaks but still nothing. i couldnt find the correct fuel pressure anywhere online so i dont know what it should be/what it is.
also, the car has an extremely rough kickdown into the lower gears and almost feels as if it will stall sometimes (it lurches forward when it does this too) and when i cut the wheel to the left really hard it stalls out completely...ive heard that this is because the volvo rims i have on it are 17'' and not stock 15-16'', is this true? can anyone offer some answers?! im hoping its clogged injectors and ill be using sea foam this weekend in hopes of a solution... thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forum.
The first thing I would check is for vacuum leaks. Take them loose and inspect the connectors. Any holes can cause issues.
Then I would check your plugs, make sure they are gaped correctly. Read the car for codes even if you don't have a light.
NO the car is NOT STALLING due to any tire or wheel size. Who ever told you that is not a mechanic, just crazy. Look close for loose wires and oil leaks as well.

thank you! i did do the spark plugs not too long ago and all 5 were gaped WAY wrong, i corrected it and got a bit more power. still having the issues, ive checked for leaks by spraying down the bay but not seeing any air, next step will definitely be to check the connectors. i also did read for codes and none came up... very strange. thank you for all the info and i will let you know if there are any changes!
suspect a fuel pump and/or fuel sending unit, as he problem changes going up hill and change turning vehicle. Checking for correct fuel pressures at injectors with a proper tester and use a NOID tester on the fuel injectors. The NOID tester can be rented at most auto parts stores to check proper voltage for each fuel injector. A CLYMERS, HAYNES or other repair book is required to get specs. JMHO.
