This afternoon whilst closing the roof on my 2001 Cabrio, the roof stopped approximately 1 inch from the rear stowage panel. It then wouldn't move either in or out. I am able to release it with the tools and manually open and close it, but electronically it seems that the rear offside securing mount on the roof,(which inserts into the rear panel) is getting stuck in the housing and then won't move!!!

Has anyone experienced this issue?? Is it a fault in the securing mechanism inside the stowage panel, or is it something more dramatic?

Would love to avoid paying Volvo dealership prices if it is something easily remedied ;-))
