I have a 2002 C70 convertible with 32,000 mile and suddenly top switch will not work. Nothing else seems to be a problem with the electrical system. The problem did not start during the use of the top either.
Any suggestions?

 

There are safety settings... You must have the hand brake on, and the car cannot be moving. I think you can do it with the car in park or neutral, but I believe also in drive or reverse, as long as you are not moving, and that hand brake is on.

The first step is that the windows drop a couple inches. Is that happening?

 

hi have you got this sorted yet , as have the same issue , and my windows are not dropping either.
