Default A Different C70 Top Issue

My 2000 C70 convertible top is not lowering manually (I am taking it next week to get it re-calibrated by an independent shop). The problem seems to be under the third brake light (on the tonneau cover)...when I try to lower it manually, the cover lifts on either side of the brake light but not in the area below the brake light. I think that some sort of latch is not releasing when I use the manual A & B tools. Any tips or tricks?

Never mind, I figured it out. Does anyone know of a retailer with a decent selection of new parts for the convertible top lift mechanism?

And he asks again, does anyone know of a reasonably priced retailer with a good selection of parts for the convertible top lift system?

I only know of the Dealer or a salvage yard.

My top is working again!!! Microswitches had to be replaced, and that fixed it...now they need to find out what is causing the engine to sputter and not have good initial acceleration. Seems to be related to the camshaft actuator. Thank God for good mechanics!!!

They're still working on some other things, so I haven't gotten the final bill yet...still, I would say that it is upwards of $500, part of which include the 4 microswitches which I sourced myself on eBay.
