I searched the forum and could not find an answer so I'll post this question....there is a small coolant leak from the upper radiator hose and the overflow hose. The thermostat and upper hose has been replaced, but there is still a coolant leak. Do the radiators usually fail in these areas (around the hose outlets)?

It almost seems as though there is excess pressure in the cooling system forcing the coolant out, if that makes sense. I believe the new stat opens @ 87 degrees and I have the Conv lt.

 

The radiators are known to crack.
