Default Defrost and Convertible Top Power

I have a 1999 C70 and have lost power to both the top, and the mirror and rear window defrost. Does anyone know if they share a common circuit? There isn't power on the dash for either switch. I believe both died at once. Any suggestions? I can't seem to find a fuse for the defrost - which is also odd.

fuse for the defrost is in the supplemental fuse box by the windshield (not the one with the relays). Owners manual says its fuse 29. Also check #35 for the windows/doors

The fuses are fine. My next step will be to raise it manually and see if I can trace the wiring for both. Perhaps a couple of broken wires.
