Engine price

What's the usual cost of a new engine for the C70? I'm wondering because the engine on a family member's car has to be replaced. Any sites or places I could go to look at? Thanks for any help

This looks like a pretty good site to find one. Probably looking at $2500-3000 for a used one.

I found one for my 94 850 Turbo for around $1,000 and they wanted another $2,000 to install it.
