Default Hood release, wont?

I just replaced the driver's side headlight wiper motor. In doing so the hood latch on the driver side needed to move slightly out of the way. I put it back in what I thought was the same place. Now the hood will not release. The drivers side releases but not the passenger side. I have put a rag in the drivers side but just can not seem to get the passenger side up.

Any suggestions on releasing the hood and adjusting the latch or latches?

Did the passenger side cable fall off when moving the latch?
You would have to somehow reach in and pull the cable for the passenger side one.

Great call. Propped the hood up as much as possible, fished the cable out and PRESTO!!!

If you are ever in central Maine, I owe you a beer! Root if you prefer non-alcoholic.
