Had some smoke from drivers door, now master control not getting any juice. Windows work when I depress the convertible top control. Checked the fuse under the hood. Unless there is a burnt wire somewhere in the mass of wires in the door I don't know where else to look. Any suggestions? I am not a mechanic but do most of my own work. It is a 1999 C70 convertible. Just bought a 2000 and windows work when convertible top is operated, but not with door controls. I guess we were in the same boat. Hopefully you figured it out in the last 7 years and can shed some light on it.
