My 2000 C70 die on me
I am having a bad bad bad year. I had an accident earlier 2008 in a rainny night and my Acura HydroFlow to the center divider on Highway. I was lucky to walk away unhurt but the car went total. So, I got scared and I got myself a used 2000 C70, one owner and keep all record with dealer service. The car was nice and I got the 97.5k service and 105k service at dealer. But the car start to acting on me. first the ETS light to come on so the dealer change the ETS unit, but the problem still exist. Next the battery cable was bad and also the battery was bad, so changed the battery cable and battery, everything is fine even the ETS fixed too. I wonder I change the ETs for nothing. Next I got a low coolant sign on, and it was determine a leaking radiator so I change the radiator and also change to silicon coolant hose. It is done and yesterday check engine light come on, and today after another 40mi, the engine shoot out hot steam, and something is busted. I stop at a close by supermarket parking lot and find that I have a long long water line following me, all the coolant leak out. I have no idea what happen to my car. What make my year even worse is that I was in my girl friend car and we got into accident, but is someone else fault. I also ride motorcycle sometimes but since I kind of notice that this is not my year, so I took it to shop and ask them to check the motorcycle overall to ensure it is safe to ride, but they didn't put it back correctly, and I am stuck on a freeway at 6am in the morning with a broken gear box.
I am a chinese, and all these happen after chinese new year, it is still a month before another chinese new year to come, I don't know what I should do now. I am afraid that even a metro will break down on me...

Did you put the silicon hoses on or did a shop do it?
They might have overtightened the clamps and cut the hoses.
Try to see what is wrong and where it is leaking from.

The whole radiator thing was done in a good mechanics shop.
I called in today and they said it was the head gasket. The head has send to the Machine shop to fix it. I wonder once the head was bended will it easily get cook again? Are there anyway to monitor it after the problem has been fix.
