Just got a 1999 C70 and at the dealership the front hood opened with ease, when I got it home, no such luck. Beside a broken heart and a wife that said "told ya so" does anyone have ANY idea how to get the hood up? When I pull the latch the left side will rise but the right side seems stuck. HELP!!

Push down on the right side while your wife, if you can force her to get into the car, pulls on the release lever. It looks as though the release cable to the right has come adrift, stretched or snapped.

If that doesn't work take it back to the dealer. It shouldn't have gone that quickly.
