computer chip will help the most for a start.</P>


exhaust sounds cool but not as much bang for your buck.</P>

I would definetly go with the ecu upgrade. The exhaust is nice, good for a 10-15 HP increase, but you can get 40-50 with an ECU upgrade. I have heard that Speedtuning does good work on Volvos. (Speedtuningusa.com) or you can try IPD. IPD is pretty expensive, but they specialize in Volvos. (Ipdusa.com)
