Please help: Transmission Jerk

Hi,

I have a 2001 c70 coupe. Does anyone know what is the problem with my car? When I change gear from Reverse to Drive, it jerks/shake/. Please help.

Are all the engine mounts good?
Has the transmission had all the latest software?

Thank you for the response.I dont know too much about car butthe recallon the software control mod was completed back in Aprill. Can you further advise.
