Removing storage panel under glove box?

One of the "tongues" or tabs holding thesmall storage panel under the glove box hascrackedand I'd like to remove this uint. Anysuggestions withthe removal would be helpful.

You need to remove the glovebox insert to get to the screws to remove the panel.
