Default Replaced PCV Oil Trap still tested with Neutral Vacuum

My 98 Volvo C70 HPT came back with neutral PCV vacuum test results this week when I had it serviced at a Scandinavian Auto Repair Shop. The car currently has 107k miles and I had the PCV system replaced at a Volvo dealership at 101k...

What things should I inspect before having to completely replace the entire system again after only 6,000 miles?? I hope that I will be able to remove my intake manifold and immediately find the issue but something tells me it will not be this simple to regain negative vacuum results..

Did you return it to the repair shop that did the work, to see if they would standby their work?

If the PCV breather box was clogged, the port in the block might be clogged between the oil pan and breather box. The pan would need to be removed to check and clean it.
