Replacement keyfob for 2011 c70

Hello

I just got c70 but it came with only one keyfob,

Where and for how much i can buy and program the key?

Can i buy it from ebay and go to the dealer to program it? How much programing cost?

my 08 I bought used came with service records. the previous owner had a broken fob replaced for $80 + $30 labor.
