So this website is a little complicated and includes a lot of details and diagrams, but I think the answer is yes. When I looked up the seat upholstery part number, it said 99 c70, s70, and v70 and i think even xc70. You can check for yourself to make sure if you want ><

The upholstery is the same but the seats are not, due to the mounting of the seat belt. Not sure if they can be modified though.

I swapped a pair of front seats from a 00 c70 t5 to my 850 t5.

All I had to do was undo four screws, swap the tracks from the 850 seats to the c70 seats, then bolt them in.

There was an extra cord/plug which is the seatbelt cord(not needed) that the c70 had.

I do have a question on that swap though, A c70 has a lever to lean the seat forward for rear passengers. A S/V70 wouldn't need that lever correct?

No. The lever does not work on these c70 seats anyway, I think they're either broken or an electrical fault due to swapping out seat tracks.

They're redundant in a sedan/wagon anyway.

I'm sorry i was responding to liweih21, The sdn/sw seats do not have a lever to flip forward the seats for rear passengers to enter/exit. I manage a salvage yard and have looked to the sdn/sw seats for my c70 and they will not work. My rear passengers wouldn't have a way in or out. Has anyone else run into this problem?
