I forgot the number of the code.. but from time to tiem when i "shred" my car will just flutter and miss and the check engine light comes on.

I ran the obd tester and the code for selonoid malfunction came back #p0243

I have no idea where to start! any help would be great.

Check the boost pressure soleniod on the airbox and the hoses from it.

 

everything looks normal.. there is a purple hose that is small and had some like grease or buildup by the clamp, it feels tight though.. i have an aftermarket manual boost controll too, could that be the problem?

Could it be the MAS?

ok heres sort of an update...the cel keeps going on and off and it idles rough from time to time.. but now ive noticed whenever it shifts into overdrive i feel a couple of "thunk"s from the front end.. and if its in overdrive and i ease into the gas, the car starts shaking like mad. Is this problem related? i hope this is something simple... ive had more problems with this car than any!!

 

Engine mounts ok?
Usually when the Cel flashes it means Misfire.

 

ive talked to a few other people and they called out the cv joints or axles? i found the whole axle half shaft assy online for like 90 $. Is this a hard swap?
