Default Turning on headlights?

Hello, I just got a used 2004 c70 yesterday and I have never had a Volvo before. I feel stupid for asking this question but I am completely lost in how to turn on the headlights. I know the switch on the side with the three options and I have it switched all the way. However, only my parking lights turn on. I know the actual bulbs work because I can do the 30 seconds on when I switch the ignition off.

I tried that, but I figured it out. I had to hold the high beams while switching the **** to 0. Thanks!

That just means that your high brand are on. Check your headlight bulbs and see if they aren't burnt out
