Hello Everyone, new member to the Volvo Forums. I've been working on a friend's 2004 Volvo C70 and have filmed most of it. Here is an old trick that can be used to fix in a pinch, or can be used with good rubber intercooler hoses. Good Duck Tape. As long as you don't have any holes or cracks, you can make your intercooler hoses rigid like a hard pipe. Just wrap your hoses with Duck Tape. Don't go bananas, take your time and wrap them like a cast. It's something I've done since my first turbocharged car in 1994.
