What is the true cost of replacing a 99 C70 top
Hi all,
This is my first post to the forum and you guys probably have heard this question a few times. I am a Volvo enthusiast and am looking at a 1999 volvo C70 in very good condition.
The only problem with the car is the convertible top moor is burned out. I've found replacement motors on ebay starting around $150.
My question are - how much does it cost to actually replace the motor by a non-dealership mechanic? Also, Is this an easy self repair fix? I'm good with cars and just wanted to know if it's something I could fix, or do I need to take it to my Volvo mechanic?
Like I said, you guys have probably dealt with this question a million times; but, i hope there is a member in the group that can help me out. I do appreciate it and God Bless,
