12v lead from engine to cabin? help!
Does anyone know how to run a cable from the engine bay into the cabin? I tried removing the battery and battery tray but i cannot see anywhere to run a cable. I need to run my clifford alarm module cable and a perment 12v live into the cabin (for the clifford alarm module)
I cannot remove the battery tray because there's an odd device underneath it which i cannot remove. Round thing seems to move but cannot get it out.
I'm stumped.
Help.

Does your alarm need allot of amps? I ask because you could use a piggy back fuse holder if it's not too much of a draw. That way you only need to come off the fuse box inside the cabin. Have not tried it on this car but used it on other cars.
not sure if you mean how can you actually hook up a 12v or not but as far as running something into the cabin, there is a space behind the dash that you can run through, I did this when running my boost gauge...
Thanks guys, yes i could piggyback off the fusebox but i still need to the run the cable that connects to the alarm horn.

Thanks.
