Default 2002 s40 brakes

Hey all! I'm new at this site and i have a very seriouse problem with my wifes 2002 Volvo s40 brakes. When the car is stopped for a couple of hours the brakes barely stop the car as it warms up it gets a little better but never 100%. It started happening when the car had about 10k on it. I changed all 4 brake pads and rotors when it needed it at about 15k and still does the same thing. I went to Volvo and they wanted to charge me $900 to replace pads and rotors and then go from there if the car does the same thing. I declined because I got the parts for cheep and did it myself. I'm a auto tech at Ford and i never encoutered such a problem. It get suff. vaccume to the booster no leaks and i hear the electonic brake vaccume motor kicking on and off. Do yall have any suggestion as to what the problem might be? I would greatly appreciate if anyone can answer thank you!

I can believe that but they are also very picky about Brand as well.
Brembo are pretty good on them.

Might be the Vaccum Valve at the Booster. You would need to replace the entire hose though.
Have seen that once.

Any air in the lines?

I tested the vaccum hose and no leaks and the booster holds vaccum. The only thing i did not test was the electronic pump. I hear it comming on though. nice notch back by the way!

nice notch back by the way!
Thank you work in progress while still DD.

The Valve in that line might be bad either giving to much Vaccum or not enough.

There was a Tech not on the Valves about then coming apart.
