So my 2005 S40 with dual climate control started acting up this morning. Whatever the temperature the passage side is set to, it blows HOT HOT air. The driver side works normally, heat is able to be regulated and AC works. Any ideas on what to check? Thanks!

 

Make sure the temp dial is set to change temp for both sides... while everything is on, dial it slowly up to the highest temp and make sure the heat comes out both sides. And then slowly dial it back to a normal temp... both side should follow suit. Mine needs calibrating like this everyonce in a while... though it's usually the driver's side that acts up and blows hot air.
