I've been having issues with my trunk(turned out to be a broken wire). During the investigation process I learned about valet mode. Thats when i discovered that my car does have the valet option in the glove box but there's no mechanism on the glove box door to activate valet mode. If i press the little lever in the glove box, the area on the speedometer say valet mode on but when you turn the key nothing happens because there's nothing there and nothing missing to press the lever..

Is valet an option??
