Unhappy After change cam seal won't start, is the alarm? (2000 S40 1.9T)

I change the seals to the camshafts and the crankshaft, unfourtunately the CVVT torq screw was damaged then I must wait a week to get it. Meanwhile the battery was unpluged it and the pieces around it.

Today I finish the job, I'm plenty sure that the axles was set in the right time marks, checked twice, after connect the power the car just...won't start!

I'm was thinking maybe the CVVT is the problem because I just screw it in the cam axle, but anyway doesn't have position, only the time mark. So I dismissed.

Now looking around the forum could be the alarm tirggered blocking the fuel pump or spark plugs?

I only have the backup key, and the driver door sometimes lock, sometimes don't.

Suggestions?

Check for spark. Check for fuel pressure. Check for compression.

Did you hand crank the engine over to make sure no interference before attempting to start it?
