Default Blow off valve

Can anyone recommend some blow off valves for the Volvo s40 t5 im lookin for something that sounds not too loud ...

links to install would be great to

hks ssqv 2 is pretty popular
greddy and turbo xs has some nice ones.

THANK YOU !!! Also are there any write ups on installation of bov's im really not fmiliar with the volvos engine yet so ne help would be greatly appreciated

Well you will need to have the flange weldded to any of the intake piping, then you mount it, and run some vacuum lines.

This will sounds stupid but how hard is it to install would it be easier to have someone do it ? do u know about how much it would cost to have done ty

Well Since you have to have the flange weldded...might as well just have the same guy install the whole thing for you.

I am not sure how much it would cost.

I don’t know the price difference but I would do the K&N typhoon intake. I can hear my turbo great since I put that on. And that you can probably do your self.

1. Turbo XS brand leaks like crazy, do not buy it.

2. Have someone install it. Should anywhere from $50-$150 for the install. Mine was around $60 on my 1999 s70 awd.

I bought it cheap a TurboXS Type H-RFL, that is how I know they suck. That is why I sold it long time ago and went without a BOV.

It was cool for awhile, then it got old.

I'd go with HKS SQV or a TIAL.

after alot of lookin and reading i have decided against a BOV considering all the bad stories and performance flaws .....So instead ill do an intake ..... Any one know where best place to buy the intake pipe is ?
