can you block off the CBV on the turbo with that IPD block off plate and install a blow off valve on the tube from the turbo to the intercooler and just attach the hose that used to be on the CBV to the blow off valve instead? Thanks in advance

 

Your car will run poorly with a BOV. Most MAF cars runs poorly with BOV.
