To answer your question bluntly NO.

1. No one makes BOV kits for Volvos, that I know of.

2. You get a universal BOV and an adapter and you attach it to your car that way.

I have a 1999 s70 awd, it has a 13g turbo in it. I bought a Turbo XS Type H-RFL from a fellow Volvo owner. I had it installed by a shop for $60. They attached it to my Upper IC (Intercooler) Pipe, which by the way (Mine at least) is made from aluminum. So they used the provided aluminum adapter flange and welded it onto the pipe and put the BOV on that, tightend it down and then hooked a vaccum line up to it.

I don't know about the s40's, however I am going to guess you could possibly do the same thing. Or get a pipe that is shaped like a "T" open on all three ends, and cut your stock Upper IC hose and insert the two ends into either side of the hose, clamp them down tight so no leaking occurs. Then put the BOV on the other open end and hook a vaccum line up to it.

FYI
