Blower/Heater stuck on hot
Hi
My wife has a 57reg S40 2.0l petrol.
I jumped in the other day and turned the heating (climate control) down to 17, the passengers air vents blew cold as they should but the drivers side stick on hot. The Passengers vary hot to cold with the adjustment of the climate control as they should but not the drivers side, this remains hot all the time.
I assume that a motor/valve which switches the air inlet from hot to cold is stuck. Does anyone know where this is (presume under the dash), how to get to it (behind glove box or under steering wheel) and if this is an easily rectified problem?
Any help appreciated.
