Brakes Slipping

We have a 04 2.4i and the car doesn't stop easily especially after the car has sat or in the morning. The car just passed inspection and the brake fluid is fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have the brake vaccum pump system inspected.

You could have air in your system.
