So i just got some codes pulled and it came up with these p0700 and po722, could p0722 trigger p0700 to show up??

I'd say yes. My guess is the output speed sensor failed (p0722) which triggered a lack of input to the transmission control circuit causing P0700 to trigger.

P0700 = Trans Control system malfunction and P0722 = Output SPeed Sensor Circuit No Signal

I got the same problem , how to fix? Changing the speed sensor?
