CVVT Gear finally replaced.

CVVT Gear finally replaced.
I have had an oil leak for the past year and have been trying to detect where it was coming from, I had a few shops misdiagnose the leak. After reading here, I did suspect that it was most likely the CVVT gear. I managed to drive it a whole year, I wonder why I never got thrown a CEL at any time. I was careful, monitored it and a little stupid for not taking care of it earlier.
I now have to replace the passenger side axle as well as control arm from the oil that dripped over them..
I am lucky the belt never slipped, and I had both front and real seal and camshaft plug replaced as well as timing belt and tension-er.
The only reason I waited so long was because the timing belt had been done with everything 30k miles beforehand.

I knew from my driveway but was reluctant also because the timing belt, seals, water pump and everything had been done 30k beforehand. I really was not sure where the leak was coming from but after reading here about the cvvt gear causing problems, I was close to positive it was the culprit.
Thanks to all the knowledge here! Merry Christmas!
