Hello,

I am new to the forums, I had just purchased a 2002 Volvo S40.

This is a second hand car and a lot of minor issues came with it.


I am not sure if this is normal or not, I use to own an 2002 Infiniti QX4 until it got totalled, but like I remember when the car was off all the dash information turned off and everything else turned off.

I just got this car and don't know much about it yet, but like the dash still shows the mileage and time while the car is off, key out. Is this normal or what is going on? I'm afraid it will drain the battery.
