Engine mount shattered
So I hit a small dip in the road going 25mph in my 2006 volvo v50 t5 awd. As a result of this incident the car bottomed out. The skid plate was destroyed, the oil pan is cracked and the right engine mount cleaved. the metal sheared and my engine is literally bouncing around in the engine bay. the timing belt was sanding itself down on the inside of the frame rail. The lower radiator support bracket is bent upwards.
I have never seen so much destruction from a bump in the road.

Life's little surprises. I broke the two front wheels of a Buick by rolling over a speed bump that was considerably more aggressive that I expected. In a borrowed car. Borrowed from a prince. (He was nice about it.)
That right engine mount may have already been ruptured, allowing the shock to be transmitted directly to the frame of the mount.
