Default Front end help

Yesterday the car in question was involved in an accident. Most of the damage appears to be superficial, bumper, headlight and such. I live in salt lake city and would like some tips on best places to get cheap parts for repair. However the engine is now louder than it was and seems to shift when the engine is engaged. I know very little about cars, but enough to know this is a problem. Is it safe to drive until i get it repaired?

Head to this site to see an inventory of used parts near you. Very handy site! I would not bother using the email function though, just call them.

sounds like a motor mount may have been damaged. I'd bring it in: may be a afe to drive but you will likely damage the remaining mounts if you wait. Certainly would not be going very far with it. Engine movement will put wear and tear on all other parts too. I'm also guessing that the movement has dislodged the exhaust from motor hence the noise. It's time to bring this puppy in for a check. That or the increased movement of engine has just made it louder (and rougher).
