The fuel is coming out of the end of the hose on the left side where the nut on the hose clamp is facing downward. Has anybody come across this situation? If so how did you get to the nut facing downward on the hose clamp?

 

You may need to remove the fuel rail to get at that. But all you should need is a screwdriver to get at it. Try rotating the clip around the hose. If that doesn't work, like I said before, remove the fuel rail. You might even have a crack in the nipple that is attaching too so it would be good to be able to take a better look at it.
